Sources of research problem

In conducting academic research many students face some problems in writing their thesis.   Many students do their research work easily, but when it comes to writing their thesis, they are often victims of delay. Students should think not only about the content and organization of the thesis but also face language issues as we know English language is not our national language. Research students also feel disappointed with the amount of work they have to complete in a given time. At times, especially during research, it can be very difficult to maintain a positive attitude. Many research scholars suffer from insecurity, anxiety and boredom in the even during their research. Breaking any research or project into smaller pieces is always a good trick when the work seems out of control. Students faces many challenges during research such as obtaining a thesis, supervisor selection, topic selection, writing a thesis and getting financial support etc.

Grading system

What is grading? Grade is an alphabetical or numerical symbol or mark that indicates the degree to which intended outcomes have been achieved. The main purpose of grades is to communicate how well a student is doing in the various subject areas. Types of grading: Percent grading Percentage grade is calculated by dividing the earned points by the total points possible. In percent grading involves averaging score and converting them to a percent. Norm referenced grading In norm referenced grading involves rank ordering students and expressing at given students achievements in relation to the achievement. We see the performance and compare with the group fellows. Normal- Curve grading In the extreme from the norm referenced grading is based on an assumption of a normal distribution and is fixed percentage of student receiving each grade.   Research tools or Instrument General guidelines for constructing Questionnaire ·         Questions should be brief and attractive. ·         The questionnaire should be easy to response. Items/ Statement 1.    Items should be directly related with objective. 2.    Items should be structure according to specific guidelines. 3.    Each item should deal with single concept. 4.    Unanimous questions should not be asked. 5.    Avoid leading questions. 6.    Avoid series of the questions.
